This role is integral in aligning technology solutions with the clientlaw firm’s operational goals, ensuring streamlined workflows, and driving adoption acrossteams.The ideal candidate brings a background in technical system administration paired with provenexperience in SaaS ecosystems, workflow automation, and platform administration. You’ll serveas both a problem-solver and a strategic advisor, capable of leading cross-functional initiatives,managing platform updates, and training staff. Key Responsibilities Advise on Best PracticesRecommend efficient configurations, workflows, and customizations tailored to your firm’s structureSolve and TeachProactively troubleshoot issues and empower others with training, documentation, and self-service toolsDrive Platform AdoptionBoost usage across teams by rolling out new features, identifying process improvements, and increasing visibility of platform valueStay Current and Educate Your TeamStay up-to-date on Filevine product releases and updates (LEX, milestone releases, and continuous product updates) and train your staff on new featuresSupport Onboarding/OffboardingOwn the tech side of employee transitions, ensuring each team member is equipped to succeed in FilevineIdentify Workflow InefficienciesAudit and improve your current processes by aligning Filevine’s tools with your operational goals Qualifications Hands-on experience with Filevine or similar legal technology platformsStrong understanding of legal workflows, compliance, and client service standardsProficiency with SaaS tools, system integrations, and process automationExcellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skillsOutstanding communication abilities for training, support, and change managementPassion for solving problems, driving adoption, and empowering teams with technologyPrevious experience in a law firm, legal department, or paralegal role is a bonus Compensation Information: $110,000 - $120,000The base salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. The total compensation package for this position will be determined by each individual’s location, qualifications, education, work experience, skills and performance. We believe in the importance of pay equity - the range listed is just one component of Filevine’s total compensation package for employees.
