Figma Email Designer Needed for E-commerce Projects

We are looking for a high-level Email Designer to join our email marketing team and design premium, conversion-focused email layouts in Figma for multiple fast-growing D2C e-commerce brands. This is a long-term role with consistent monthly work. Most emails will be in Hungarian, but you will always receive English context. You do not need to speak Hungarian — only place the provided copy accurately and adjust layouts accordingly. We currently produce 45–50 email designs per month, and this will increase to 70–100+ as we scale. ⭐ What You Will Do Design high-converting email templates in Figma using provided copy (Hungarian + English context) Create multi-language versions when required (HU, EN, CZ, SK, HR, RO, PL) Adjust spacing & layout manually for each language (no text overflow allowed) Use brand assets OR source/create your own (stock images, AI visuals, edited assets) Create simple GIFs / micro animations when beneficial Follow brand identity guidelines while maintaining creative freedom Deliver designs through Trello with clear organization Communicate with our team via Slack Important: You will NOT upload emails into ESPs (Klaviyo / Omnisend).
