You’ll work closely with dealers and end customers, ensuring installations, servicing, and technical support are delivered to a high standard.While you’ll be working with innovative and connected technologies, we’re looking for someone with strong transferable technical skills who is eager to learn, develop, and grow with us.This role is South East based covering Norfolk, Suffolk, Cambridgeshire, Essex, Bedford, Peterborough, Hertford, Greater London, Surrey, Kent, Sussex.Key responsibilities Carry out site visits, installations, and commissioning of professional equipmentDiagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues in the fieldDeliver technical support and training to dealers and customersConduct equipment demonstrations and handoversProvide aftercare support and ongoing customer guidanceWork independently across your region, managing your own scheduleCollaborate with internal teams to support product development and feedbackQualifications and Skills Essential:Proven experience in a field based technical or service roleStrong fault finding and problem solving skillsGood understanding of electrical and/or mechanical systemsAbility to work independently and manage your workloadFull UK driving licenseStrong communication and customer facing skillsExperience in a range of technical backgrounds [Field service / engineering, Plant machinery / ground care / agricultural equipment, Electrical or mechanical service roles, Automotive, construction, or similar industries]Desirable (but not essential):Experience with connected or GPS-based systemsBackground in ground care, turf, or outdoor equipmentPrevious experience delivering training or demonstrationsWhat We OfferAt Husqvarna Group, we’re committed to supporting our people with a benefits package that reflects our values and dedication to excellence.
