About the Role: We are seeking a highly capable and hands-on Field Technician to lead the deployment, integration, and support of our robotic flange (un)bolting systems across industrial facilities. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring our technology is successfully adopted and seamlessly embedded into customers' operations. This role requires strong technical acumen, a deep understanding of industrial piping systems, and the ability to work effectively in dynamic, real-world environments. You’ll interface directly with plant maintenance, process, and operations teams to deliver training, troubleshoot issues, and continuously optimize system performance. Your field insights will directly inform ongoing product development and innovation. Key Responsibilities: Lead on-site deployment, setup, and integration of robotic systems in industrial pipe environments. Collaborate with plant personnel to assess facility-specific requirements and define the scope of each deployment. Deliver hands-on training to customer teams on system operation, basic maintenance, and safety protocols. Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to robotic operation, both on-site and remotely. Partner with engineering and R&D teams to provide structured feedback and suggest product enhancements based on field experience. Maintain detailed documentation, including installation procedures, training materials, and troubleshooting guides. Ensure strict compliance with all safety regulations, industry standards, and cybersecurity protocols throughout project execution. We're looking for individuals with a hybrid skill set spanning mechanical systems, field support, and industrial operations. Ideal candidates may have experience in one or more of the following areas: Pipefitter or Boilermaker: Skilled in industrial piping systems, flange assembly, and field maintenance work. Field Technician: Proven ability to install and support mechanical or robotic systems in industrial settings. Industrial Maintenance Technician: Strong background in maintaining mechanical systems, piping, and automated tools. Robotics Operator or Technician: Experience operating or supporting robotic or automated machinery in a production or field environment. Mechanical/Industrial Engineer: Engineering degree or equivalent experience with hands-on exposure to plant operations and fixed equipment. Safety Compliance Specialist: Deep understanding of industrial safety protocols, OSHA compliance, and job site risk management. Additional Requirements: Ability to travel to customer sites and work in physically demanding industrial environments. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with on-site personnel and internal teams. Strong troubleshooting ability and comfort working independently under field conditions.
