Field Service Technician – Pharmaceutical Process Systems | Eastern U.S.

Brinox USA is growing fast, and we’re hiring two experienced Field Service Technicians to join our mission: to become North America’s most trusted supplier of complete process systems and GMP cleaning solutions for the pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical industries.
From installing cutting-edge stainless-steel process systems to training major pharma clients, this role is hands-on, high-impact, and rarely routine. You’ll work with some of Europe’s best engineers, spend time at our advanced manufacturing hub in beautiful Slovenia, and help shape our U.S. service operations from day one.

What You’ll Do
• Train on your modular process system or GMP washers during assembly, FAT, and packing at our European factory.
• Receive, install, re-assemble and commission the system at the US customer site.
• Train customers on system operation and preventive maintenance.
• Troubleshoot, maintain, and upgrade systems for top performance.
• Collaborate with our European engineering team on-site and remotely.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP, GAMP, and other pharma standards.

Who We’re Looking For
• Technical Associates Degree, or high school with equivalent vocational technical training.
• 3+ years installing, starting up, and maintaining systems in pharma/biopharma or another highly regulated industry.
• Strong skills in mechanical and automation/electrical systems. Welding a plus.
• Self-driven, flexible, and comfortable wearing multiple hats.
• Collaborative communicator who thrives in multicultural environments.
• Able to travel domestically and internationally; based in Eastern U.S. (NC preferred).
