Position: Field Service Technician - Arizona, Remote (Company Vehicle & Benefits Day 1) Field Service Technician - Arizona, Remote (Company Vehicle & Benefits Day 1) Reporting to the Field Service Manager, the Field Service Technician is responsible for conducting service, repair, and start-up of Trojan’s advanced water treatment systems at customer sites. With a strong emphasis on water quality, the Field Service Technician performs electrical and mechanical testing, diagnoses system failures, and assists customers in the maintenance of their UV systems. This role is critical in ensuring the successful completion of existing and new service contracts while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction. This position is part of the North America Service team located in Arizona and will be remote. In this role, a typical day will look like: • Cultivate key customer relationships to interpret their needs and requirements • Utilize fellow team members to efficiently and effectively service customers • Support customers from startup through the purchase of their next Trojan system • Solve problems, evaluate systems and/or processes to isolate root causes, and implement corrective actions as required • Bring unique solutions as needed to meet customer requirements and drive product improvements • Travel approximately 80% to 90% of the time within the U.S., with occasional travel to Canada. This position is eligible for Bonus Pay. We offer a comprehensive benefits package including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, and 401(k) for eligible employees.
