Field Service Engineer: Oregon

About the position

DC Group is the nation's largest independent service provider of critical power maintenance to data centers, telecommunications, hospitals and all other companies that require uninterruptible power for their business to operate. We provide nationwide maintenance on all makes and models of the various components of your critical power system such as Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS), DC Plants (Rectifiers), and Power-Distribution Units (PDU). The primary function of the Service Engineer is to analyze, test and troubleshoot complex problems related to uninterruptible power systems (UPS).

Responsibilities
• Analyze, test and troubleshoot complex problems related to uninterruptible power systems (UPS)
• Install, update, manage and maintain software on UPS systems
• Diagnose and effect repairs to the UPS systems
• Provide technical support, problem diagnosis and resolution
• Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to be flexible to adjust to changing field conditions

Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or related field
• Experience in reputed UPS manufacturer like Liebert, Powerware, MGE, APC, Chloride, Mitsubishi, Toshiba is an added advantage
