The Field Service Engineer will be responsible for the repair, maintenance, and installation of histology and pathology diagnostic equipment, providing industry-leading service to customers in the Baltimore, MD and surrounding areas.ResponsibilitiesProvide installation support, maintenance, modification and/or repair on 1-2 groups of mechanical, electro-mechanical, electronic and/or refrigeration instrumentsDocument and complete service administration activities in a timely manner to follow ISO, FDA, and Leica policiesEffectively communicate with internal colleagues and external customers within established time guidelines to meet customer’s expectationsSkillsAssociates' Degree with 1+ years of experience or equivalent military experienceTravel throughout the district - this position services Baltimore, MD and the surrounding areas.
