Job Responsibilities
· Receiving and logging equipment
· Diagnostics and troubleshooting
· Sales conference IT support (requires travel to various locations within the US)
· Hardware Calibration and configuration
· Data backup and recovery
· Software updates and patching
· Preventative maintenance
· Quality assurance testing
· Documentation and reporting
· Inventory management

Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $[73,800 - $115,000] depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizants discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizants applicable plans.
