What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive sales through product placement and promotional selling at customer sites
- Merchandise products effectively to enhance visibility and sales
- Conduct inventory counts and reconcile orders for accuracy
- Deliver exceptional customer service while adhering to company policies
- Plan and manage daily schedules across assigned territory and customer locations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of one year of experience in sales or related field, with perishable experience preferred in certain areas
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and basic math skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation with adequate insurance coverage
- Basic skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in food distribution or perishable goods sales
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple customer accounts efficiently
- Familiarity with safety protocols and hygiene standards in a food handling environment
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams and customers
