You will educate and motivate partner representatives to increase new distribution and volume in existing accounts. Main Responsibilities
• Collaborate with bottlers to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
• Provide training and support to Bottler Sales Representatives on product knowledge, sales methodologies, and marketing and sales promotions.
• Utilize all available resources to maximize productivity and results in their assigned market.
• Promote and sell Monster Energy products at the retail level.
Essential Requirements
• Hold a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in Sales or Marketing.
• Proven track record of success in the beverage or consumer packaged goods industry.
