Field Recruiter - $30/hr

​​​​NSS has an immediate need for a Field Recruiter, who will be responsible for recruiting top talent for various Disaster Recovery positions while fostering an employee-friendly environment. This role involves managing the entire recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offering candidates, with a strong emphasis on maintaining creativity and leveraging networks in the recruiting process.This position is virtual and all candidates must live in the US and be a US Citizen. NOTE: This position pays $30/hr and the rate is non-negotiable.ResponsibilitiesRecruits and staffs top talent nationally for CDL Drivers, Field, Environmental and HAZMAT Technicians. Communicates with Operation Supervisors and Program Managers regularly regarding their staffing needsFocuses on sourcing and proactively recruiting top talentMonitors ATS and HIRE recommendations and reviews HIRE candidate applicationsSupports the full talent acquisition lifecycle performing duties such as sourcing, screening, interviewing, networking, analysis, background reviews, and offersScreens talent and facilitates virtual and in-person interview processes while providing a positive guest experienceFollows up on interviews in a timely manner and creates and communicates candidate offersWorks with General Managers to set up Realistic Job Previews for potential candidatesEvaluates and understands candidate skills and abilities relative to meet expectations and experience levelSends communication to all applicants following position selectionReviews all pre-employment paperwork for accuracyCommunicates with candidates to ensure all orientation and training logistics are reviewedUpdates and submits a weekly recruitment reportRequirementsMust have previous experience hiring CDL Drivers, Field, Environmental and HAZMAT Technicians.
