We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Field Record Improvement Dedicated Supervisor. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing our existing US Small and Medium Enterprise key client relationships through face-to-face interactions. You will have overall management of a defined set of key existing accounts, identifying the evolving needs of our clients, and ensuring we continue to serve those needs with our range of revenue and payment solutions, to expand our relationship with these clients.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in relationship management, consultative selling, and a proven track record of driving business growth. You will be a strategic thinker, able to identify opportunities and develop tailored solutions to meet the needs of our clients. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as you will be working closely with clients, internal stakeholders, and external partners to deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic plans to maintain and grow existing client relationships
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our relationship with clients
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and deliver tailored solutions to meet client needs
Provide exceptional client service and support to ensure high levels of client satisfaction

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
