They are seeking a part-time Field Operations Technician to support the installation and maintenance of tablet displays in retail environments, ensuring all displays are operational and visually appealing.ResponsibilitiesPrepare, install, and maintain Looma tablet displays in retail environmentsTroubleshoot hardware and mounting issues, including on-site reboots, remounting tablets on shelves, and correcting cable management and power connectionsInstall and maintain display décor and signagePerform routine store audits to ensure displays are online, clean, and operating at peak performanceRespond to and prioritize urgent maintenance requestsSupport new pilot programs and large-scale retail rolloutsSkillsMust be able to work as a W-2 employee (this is **not** a contractor or 1099 role)Previous experience with on-site technical troubleshooting of digital devices (e.g., tablets, screens, kiosks, POS hardware, or similar technology)Reliable access to a car and smartphone (used for audits and reporting)Company OverviewLooma is an in-store digital media platform that focuses on storytelling, education, and recommendations.
