Field Marketing Manager, Southeast Corridor

We’ve raised $42M to move faster on product and scale GovDash nationwide.We're hiring a Field Marketing Manager to own its Southeast market pod, running high-impact events and in-market programs across the Southeast GovCon corridor. This is an execution-first, in-person role where you’ll be the face of GovDash across key hubs like Atlanta, Huntsville, Tampa, Charlotte, and Raleigh, building relationships, capturing content, and helping accelerate deals on the ground.We’re looking for someone who is deeply rooted in or can ramp quickly into the Southeast GovCon landscape. As a market pod owner, you’ll operate as the dedicated field presence for your region, working shoulder-to-shoulder with the Southeast sales pod to drive pipeline, build community presence, and own GovDash’s brand on the ground. You’ll flex across events, content, logistics, partner engagement, and cross-functional work with Sales, Marketing, and Product Marketing. This role is intentionally broad and built for someone who likes owning outcomes, not just tasks.Regular travel within the Southeast corridor is expected, along with select national tradeshows.What You’ll DoOwn the Southeast market pod’s event calendar, planning and executing meetups, community events, tradeshows, and partner activations across the corridor.Represent GovDash at GovCon associations, networking groups, and ecosystem events across key Southeast markets including Atlanta, Huntsville, Tampa, Charlotte, and Raleigh.Build and maintain relationships with organizers, partners, and industry leaders.Own event logistics end-to-end: venues, vendors, budgets, shipping, timelines.Capture and edit short-form video content for LinkedIn and field campaigns.Partner tightly with the Southeast pod AEs and SDRs on account targeting, event outreach, and post-event follow-ups to drive pipeline conversion.Surface Southeast market insights, competitive signals, and community feedback to inform GovDash’s broader GTM strategy.Support cross-functional marketing needs (webinars, campaigns, research, content).What You’ll Bring3-6 years experience in events, community, partnerships, demand gen, or another cross-functional GTM/operations role.Experience in or strong understanding of the GovCon ecosystem, ideally with existing relationships in the Southeast corridor (Atlanta, Huntsville, Tampa, Charlotte, Raleigh, or similar).Ability to effectively manage multiple activities at once without sacrificing quality.Comfort with AI tools for planning, content creation, and operational efficiency.Experience capturing and editing short-form video content.Track record running both small events and large tradeshows.Strong collaboration with Sales and SDR teams.Willingness to travel regularly within the Southeast corridor and thrive in dynamic, in-person environments.The Ideal TeammateYou’re a Swiss Army knife-style operator who loves wearing multiple hats.You move fast, stay calm under pressure, and solve problems independently.You enjoy capturing moments and turning them into compelling short-form content.You bring energy to rooms, build relationships naturally, and elevate the brand.You embrace AI to move faster and amplify your output.You thrive on collaboration and being part of a high-velocity team.You’re driven by mission and care about America and its interests.
