Field Logistics Coordinator/Regional Driver

Schedule: 1st Shift, Monday to Friday 10am - 6:30pm Overtime based on business needs On-Call responsibilities Location: Roanoke, Virginia What you will do • Coordinate pickups, deliveries, and shipments with hospitals, surgery centers, and transportation partners. • Ensure all shipping documentation and data entry are completed accurately and on time. • Communicate effectively with internal teams, sales representatives, and hospital staff to support delivery and inventory operations. • Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards. • Assist in selecting efficient delivery options and performing basic vehicle maintenance and recordkeeping. • Manage inventory processes, including receiving, storing, issuing, and reconciling stock items. • Monitor inventory accuracy, address discrepancies, and ensure proper tracking of consignment and shelf-life items. • Support branch and sales teams by optimizing inventory utilization and participating in special projects as needed. What you need Required Qualifications: • 3 years of work experience • High school diploma or equivalent • Must possess a valid driver’s license with no restrictions. • Must have the ability to work flexible hours, as needed to support the business needs, including weekend and evening call as needed. • Must have the ability to lift, push, pull and carry up to 50 lbs. Preferred qualifications: • Experience in a related field such as Transportation, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management preferred. Demonstrated background in warehouse and inventory control within a fast-paced environment. • Associate's degree Pay rate will not be below any applicable local minimum wage rates. Apply tot his job
