This role is perfect for those who love the field, as you'll be spending approximately 20 days a month on-site, bringing your expertise directly to where it's needed most.Key Responsibilities:Travel to various Drilling & Completions sites to conduct training sessions on the Corva platform.Perform installations of Corva Completions Hardware to facilitate data collection across a range of operations including Frac, Wireline, Pumpdown, and Coiled Tubing.Maintain meticulous records of field visits and manage hardware inventory efficiently.Provide on-call support for data-related issues, ensuring smooth and uninterrupted data flow.Establish and maintain clear communication channels among various field units and the Operations team back in Houston to resolve issues swiftly.Be prepared for extensive travel as this role requires 100% travel availability.Undertake other duties as necessary to support the team and operations.Skills and Qualifications:3+ years of experience in the drilling or completions industry.In-depth knowledge of electronic drilling recorder systems and data management systems for completions.Exceptional time-management abilities and strong collaborative skills to work effectively with service companies.Proficient in identifying data anomalies and conducting problem-solving.Effective at training and imparting knowledge to others.Experience with drilling software and data analysis tools common in operations.Familiarity with the maintenance, troubleshooting, and operation of tools and equipment.Physical fitness to work in various outdoor conditions, capable of lifting up to 50 pounds, and fulfilling other physical demands of the job.Education and Experience: High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.3-5 years of experience as an Electronics Technician or Field Engineer in a Frac Service company.Valid Driver's License is a must.Work hours may include early morning, late afternoon/evening hours, and weekends in any combination depending on job demands.
