What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct medical management activities to ensure quality patient care
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to coordinate and manage patient care
- Review medical records and treatment plans to ensure compliance with regulations
- Provide guidance and support to patients and their families regarding medical treatment options
- Participate in medical rounds and case conferences to discuss patient care strategies

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
- Active RN license in the state of Maryland
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in medical management or healthcare coordination
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certification in Case Management (CCM)
- Experience working with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
- Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid regulations
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Experience in a managed care setting
