Responsibilities:
Ā Collaborate with clients and prospects to understand their requirements.
Ā Develop and conduct pre-sales technical demonstrations of products to new and existing customers.
Ā Provide on-site support and training for clients.
Ā Devise and implement tailored solutions for customers' unique challenges.
Ā Generate comprehensive technical support documentation.
Ā Coordinate and actively participate in marketing activities and events such as trade shows.
Must-Haves:
Ā Strong multitasking, prioritization, and follow-through capabilities.
Ā Self-motivated and adept at working independently with minimal supervision.
Ā Extensive software development expertise in C, C++, and Python.
Ā Experience with Unix/Linux operating systems.
Ā Familiarity with embedded tools and development environments.
Ā Background in technical sales support.
Ā Excellent problem-solving skills.
Ā Ability to quickly comprehend and understand code developed by others.
Ā Willingness to travel.
Ā Eligibility to work for any employer in the US without requiring sponsorship.
Nice-to-Haves:
Ā Knowledge of Embedded RTOS (e.g., QNX, VxWorks, INTEGRITY, ThreadX, FreeRTOS, etc.).
Ā Experience with Embedded development tools such as compilers, debuggers, IDEs, etc.
Ā Familiarity with embedded safety and security platforms.
Ā Proficiency in developing BSPs (Board Support Packages) and device drivers for embedded operating systems.
Education:
