Job Description:
As a FedEx Express Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for safely, effectively, and efficiently delivering packages to customers. This involves maintaining professional conduct at all times, following company policies and procedures, and ensuring that all deliveries are made on time.
Job Responsibilities:
– Safe and responsible operation of company vehicles
– Timely and accurate delivery of packages
– Loading and unloading of packages
– Following all FedEx policies and procedures
– Customer service, including handling customer questions and concerns
Job Requirements:
– Valid driver’s license
– Must be at least 21 years old
– Able to lift, lower and carry packages up to 70 pounds
– Must pass a drug screen, background check and physical
– Ability to maneuver packages of any weight above 75 pounds with appropriate equipment and/or assistance
Educational Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience:
Previous driving and delivery experience preferred, but not required.
