About The F* Word The F* Word is shaping the future of fashion design through AI. Our platform helps designers move from concept to collection in minutes by blending creativity, technology, and sustainability. From digital-first ideas to production-ready designs, we build tools that help creators work faster and design with intention. About the Program This one-week spotlight program is for designers focused on outerwear, technical fashion, and performance-driven garments. The emphasis is on function, durability, and innovation. You will use AI tools to explore utility-led silhouettes, weather-ready design, and high-performance apparel concepts. This program is built for experimentation and problem-solving through design. How the Program Works Step 1: Apply on LinkedIn Submit a link to your portfolio along with a short note under 50 words explaining why you want to take part. After applying, you will receive a DM with a short Designer Task Form. Step 2: Complete the Design Task Sign up on The F* Word platform. It is free to start. Please use a desktop or laptop, as mobile design is not supported at this time. Create one or more AI-generated outerwear or performance-focused designs using the platform tools. Upload your final images and links in the task form. Form link will be sent once shortlisted Step 3: Get Selected Our team reviews submissions every Friday. Selected designers will be invited to join the program as Featured Designers for one week with added access and visibility. You will receive an email update on the Friday following your submission. What You Will Do During the Week • Design outerwear and performance-led silhouettes using AI tools • Explore insulation concepts, technical textiles, utility detailing, and weather-resistant aesthetics • Participate in challenges inspired by climate, mobility, and garment innovation • Share your daily designs with a community focused on functional fashion What You Get Certificates All applicants who complete the design task receive a Certificate of Participation. Featured Designers receive an official Certificate of Program Completion from The F* Word. Global Visibility Your designs may be featured across The F* Word platform, social channels, and partner networks. Free Platform Access Continued free access to The F* Word platform and creative resources. Industry and Community Access Join a growing fashion network that includes collaborators from Digital Fashion Week, industry advisors, and innovators shaping the future of fashion. Designers often gain continued exposure through campaigns, media highlights, and community features. Media Opportunities Exceptional work may be showcased through premium media placements, including billboards.
