FDA Compliance Consultant – Brain Health Supplement (Adults 50+)
We’re a lean U.S.-based supplement startup preparing to launch a premium brain health product for adults 50+. Our products will be manufactured and sold exclusively in the U.S. We’re looking for an experienced FDA compliance consultant to review our label and website to ensure everything is 100% compliant before launch. Scope of Work Label Review - Verify supplement facts panel, ingredient list, serving size, and formatting meet FDA requirements. - Confirm required disclaimers and label statements are accurate and properly placed. Website Review - Review homepage and product page copy for FDA and FTC compliance. - Ensure claims are structure/function compliant and avoid any prohibited disease language. Deliverables - Provide clear, actionable edits and recommendations so we can finalize our label and website with confidence. What We Don’t Need - Long reports or formal documentation - Extra analysis or busy work (Just the essential compliance review and practical recommendations.)
