F&B Attendant / Runner

WHAT OUR FOOD & BEVERAGE ATTENDANTS/RUNNERS DO Our Food & Beverage Attendants/Runners take and fulfill food and drink orders (sometimes liaising with a lane server/captain, sometimes going directly to the guest) and do their part to help maintain the overall cleanliness of the center and ensure the guest experience is the absolute best it can be. A FOOD & BEVERAGE ATTENDANT/RUNNER’S DAY-TO-DAY • Deliver guests’ food & beverage orders • Work with lane servers and kitchen staff to ensure orders are prepared accurately and swiftly • Learn our menu, promotions, and weekly specials and relay them to our guests • Accurately ring sales for all Food & Beverage • Help keep the center clean • Promote responsible alcohol sales and service and comply with all local regulations WHAT IT TAKES • HS Diploma or equivalent restaurant/hospitality experience (Optional) • Proven success in school/previous job experience • Must meet the minimum age required by state law to serve alcohol PERKS (MORE REASONS YOU’LL LOVE YOUR JOB) • Free Bowling! • $1 Arcade Play • 20% off Events • 50% off Food & Beverages WORK ENVIRONMENT/ PHYSICAL DEMANDS: • Typical entertainment environment where you will walk, bend and stand for periods of time, and may lift objects with some assistance.
