Responsibilities: • Provide exemplary customer service, ensuring all client needs and concerns are addressed with the utmost professionalism and care. • Lead and collaborate effectively with a team of technicians and support staff to ensure seamless vehicle maintenance and repairs. • Demonstrate a proactive attitude in driving sales, exceeding targets, and setting a high-performance example for the team. • Offer expert guidance and recommendations to customers regarding vehicle services, maintenance, and repairs. • Utilize exceptional communication skills to explain service options, estimates, and work order details clearly to customers. • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, vehicle history, and service orders. • Participate in and lead ongoing training and development programs to enhance technical skills and leadership capabilities. Qualifications: • Minimum of 5 years' experience as an Automotive Service Advisor in a fast-paced service environment. • Proven leadership experience, demonstrating the ability to inspire and guide a team to success. • Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills. • Strong sales aptitude and a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets. • Collaborative team player with excellent communication and teamwork abilities. • Proficient computer skills for managing service orders and customer information. • In-depth knowledge of automotive systems, repairs, and maintenance. • Ability to excel in a high-energy, fast-paced work environment. • Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
