Job Summary: SysTechCare Support is seeking a creative, motivated, and detail-oriented Fashion Design Intern to join our team for a remote paid internship . This position is ideal for design students, recent graduates, or aspiring fashion professionals looking to gain real-world experience in fashion illustration, trend research, and digital portfolio development. You will collaborate closely with our senior designers and creative team, contributing to live projects, seasonal collections, and design documentation. This opportunity offers valuable hands-on exposure to the fashion industry from the comfort of your home. Key Responsibilities: Conduct in-depth fashion trend research and mood board creation using online resources and tools. Assist in developing digital fashion portfolios and technical packs for internal and client presentations. Support design team in sketching, rendering, and creating flat illustrations (using software like Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop or Procreate). Contribute creative ideas for seasonal collections, pattern development, and fabric selection. Assist in compiling fashion forecasts, color palettes, and consumer style reports . Maintain organized digital files of design documents, artwork references, and line sheets. Participate in remote brainstorming sessions and design reviews with senior designers and clients. Required Skills and Qualifications: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Fashion Design, Textile Design , or a related field. Strong foundation in fashion sketching, garment illustration , and digital design tools. Familiarity with fashion research platforms (e.g., WGSN, Pinterest, Vogue Runway). Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign). Basic knowledge of textile patterns, color theory, and garment construction. Excellent visual presentation and storytelling ability. Good verbal and written communication skills. Self-motivated, highly creative, and able to meet deadlines independently. Experience: No formal industry experience required; however, a portfolio showcasing fashion illustrations, design work, or concept boards is essential. Prior freelance work, academic projects, or internships in fashion or creative fields will be considered a plus. Working Hours: Flexible part-time schedule (15–20 hours/week). Interns are expected to be available for weekly virtual meetings and submit tasks on time. Duration: 3-month internship (with potential extension or job offer based on performance). Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Awareness of current fashion market trends and consumer behavior. Ability to translate trends into visual concepts and style guides . Keen eye for detail and aesthetics in fashion layouts and designs. Proficient in time management and remote collaboration. Eagerness to learn and accept creative feedback constructively.
