Family & Psychiatric NP – Remote Opportunity | $60–$75/hr + Full Benefits | Flexible Schedule
Join a leading telehealth organization providing virtual care for patients across the U.S. This full-time, remote position offers a unique opportunity to deliver holistic, evidence-based care through telehealth consultations, with a focus on psychiatric and primary care services. As a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP), you will collaborate with a dedicated team while working autonomously in a flexible, supportive environment.
Position Highlights
• Location: Remote (U.S. - AZ, CA, DE, FL, IL, KS, KY, MA, MD, ME, MN, MO, NH, OH, RI, VT)
• Schedule: Four 10-hour shifts per week
• Compensation: $60–$75/hour + performance-based bonuses
• Job Type: Full-time (32 hours/week)
• Focus Areas: Psychiatric care, primary care, acute care, urgent care, health counseling
• Required Licensure: Active, unrestricted NP license in a participating state
Key Responsibilities
• Provide holistic, evidence-based care through remote consultations and assessments
• Diagnose and treat both primary care and psychiatric conditions, offering comprehensive health counseling
• Manage health problems, provide psychiatric diagnoses, prescribe medications, and develop treatment plans
• Educate patients on mental health, pregnancy prevention, STI prevention, and safer sex practices
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care for patients
• Document all patient encounters via EHR and follow-up within company policies
• Provide oversight and support for new providers, focusing on quality improvement and clinical training
Required Qualifications
• Active NP license in one of the following states: AZ, CA, DE, FL, IL, KS, KY, MA, MD, ME, MN, MO, NH, OH, RI, VT (must be willing to obtain additional licenses)
• PMHNP and FNP certification required
• Minimum 2 years of experience in primary care or psychiatric care (telehealth experience preferred)
• BLS certification (CPR and AED)
• Proficiency with EHR systems (Epic preferred)
• High-speed internet and dedicated, quiet workspace for telehealth consultations
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with telehealth platforms
• Fluency in Spanish (preferred, not required)
