Family Law Litigation Paralegal (CA - Remote/Part-Time)
Position Overview We are seeking a experienced Family Law Litigation Paralegal to support matters from initial filing through trial, with a strong emphasis on dissolution filings, custody and support issues, motion practice, and discovery. This is a litigation-heavy, hands-on role requiring a paralegal who can take ownership of cases, manage deadlines, and drive matters forward efficiently under attorney supervision. The position will begin as part-time, with a clear opportunity to transition into a full-time, long-term role based on performance, workload, and firm growth.
