Facility Project Manager
• *Applicants MUST be authorized to work in the US** Responsibilities • Lead the end-to-end factory establishment project, from site selection and construction to facility handover • Manage project planning, budgeting, and scheduling • Coordinate with contractors, architects, and government authorities • Oversee permitting in collaboration with EHS/legal consultants • Monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with local safety requirements • Support procurement and logistics for equipment and materials • Facilitate communication between HQ engineering, local suppliers, and consultants • Identify risks, propose mitigation strategies, and ensure project milestones are met Qualifications • Experience in Engineering, Chemistry, or related field preferred • Project management experience in facility setup or large-scale construction • Familiar with U.S. construction regulations, permitting, and industrial safety standards • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills • Bilingual (English & Mandarin Chinese) Job Type: Full-time Pay: $75,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year Benefits: • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Life insurance • Paid time off • Parental leave • Vision insurance Language: • Mandarin Chinese (Required) Work Location: Remote Apply tot his job
