As a Facility Manger you’ll bring your technical and engineering operations and facilities management background to work on projects for Marine Corps mission partners. You’ll preserve the good condition of infrastructure and ensure that facilities are safe and well-functioning. You’ll help identify, analyze, and evaluate complex systems, policies, and processes required to ensure the client’s new building is problem-free and safe so that employees can work under the best conditions. You’ll impact the work we do for our Marine Corps mission partners and the solutions we deliver for national security, strategic planning, and defense mission planning. You Have: • Experience as a facilities manager • Knowledge of engineering operations and facilities management best practices • Knowledge of basic accounting and finance principles for facilities management • Ability to analyze facilities operations and summarize findings both verbally and in written reports • TS/SCI clearance • HS diploma or GED Nice If You Have: • Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or Business Administration • Certified Facilities Management (CFM) Certification Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $61,900.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
