Key responsibilities:
Supervise, mentor, and lead facilities technicians.
Coordinate work schedules, assignments, and training.
Conduct routine inspections and address maintenance needs.
Oversee HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and system repairs.
Manage preventive maintenance programs.
Plan and execute facility improvement projects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for project completion.
Implement and enforce safety protocols.
Conduct regular safety audits and address issues.
Coordinate with external contractors and service providers.
Evaluate vendor performance and negotiate contracts.
Assist in developing and managing the facilities budget.
Identify cost-saving opportunities.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities management or related field.
Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of building systems, codes, and regulations.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Ability to troubleshoot and solve complex facility issues.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Technical certifications or relevant degrees are a plus
