ResponsibilitiesServe as the point of contact for internal Customers, and provide support and guidance as needed for correct coding within the Facilities' tracking programCoordinate one or more of the Facilities Programs Team invoicing and program processes, which may at times require oversight of maintenance connection tickets and spreadsheet documentation for ProgramsProcess and resolve payment issues with vendors and finance while maintaining a high regard for Hospitality and Customer ServiceCompare and analyze invoices for accuracy in the database per Internal Audit GuidelinesMonitor coding for budget accuracy and ensure timely payment of all invoices in reconciliation with the invoice processing programPartner with the Regional Managers and FP&A to ensure budget and invoice accuracyMaintain vendor contact listProvide support and guidance as needed to correct coding within the Facilities' tracking programResponsible for the completion of Maintenance Connection tickets and spreadsheet documentation for programsWork in multiple programs such as e-Builder, and MX. Connection, Tableau, and ConcurMay perform other duties as directed by Employee's LeaderKnowledge, Skills and AbilitiesKnowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files, records and other office procedures and terminologyKnowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammarAbility to understand the implications of new information for both current and future problem-solving and decision-makingAbility to identify complex problems and review related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutionsAbility to generate or use different sets of rules for combining or grouping things in different waysEducationRequired: High School Diploma or GEDExperienceEntry-level experience, developing skills and knowledge in General administrative experience in an office environmentLicensing/CertificationN/APhysical AbilitiesAbility to perform work duties from a limited space workstation/desk/office area for extended periodsAbility to communicate and interact with others in the English language to meet the demands of the jobAbility to use a computer and other office productivity tools with sufficient speed and accuracy to meet the demands of the jobOther QualificationsMust maintain a well-groomed appearance per Company appearance standards as described in established guidelinesMust be a U.S. citizen or have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986Must be at least 18 years of ageMust be able to comply with Company attendance standards as described in established guidelinesTravel may be required a few times a yearPay & Benefits:Competitive market salary from $48,500 per year to $53,900 per year* depending on qualifications and experience.
