Facilities & Operations Consultant — Site Assessment (DFW)

Overview We are engaging a Texas-based facilities / operations consultant to support a short-term assessment of potential light-industrial locations in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. The role involves in-person site walkthroughs, practical evaluation against predefined operational requirements, and clear written feedback to inform an internal location decision. Scope of Work Attend 2-5 scheduled site walkthroughs in the DFW area. Review the spaces against a provided operational requirements checklist. Assess general suitability for light manufacturing / packaging operations, including: Usable floor area and layout HVAC presence and condition Electrical and utility visibility Loading access and circulation Parking and site accessibility Overall building condition and readiness Capture photos and notes during or immediately after visits (where permitted).Provide concise written feedback highlighting: Strengths Gaps or risks Questions or follow-bolthires required Working Style Participate in a brief alignment call prior to site visits. Engage professionally during walkthroughs as a consultant supporting an internal evaluation. Communicate clearly and objectively; this is not a sales or brokerage role. Requirements Based in Texas (DFW preferred). Senior experience in facilities, operations, construction, manufacturing, or industrial environments. Comfortable assessing physical spaces and asking practical questions.Able to provide clear, structured written feedback. Available for on-site visits early next week (Monday or Tuesday).
