Input and update data accurately in online systems and spreadsheets
Process and maintain data for ongoing projects and campaigns
Assist with organizing and managing social media content on Facebook
Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness
Maintain confidentiality and follow company data security protocols
Communicate effectively with team members to resolve any issues or discrepancies
Perform other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Basic knowledge of Facebook and other social media platforms
Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) or Google Workspace
Reliable internet connection and access to a computer
Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
Prior experience in data entry or administrative work is preferred but not required
