Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and reliable individual for a Part-Time position to support data entry and customer service tasks for Facebook-related services. The ideal should have excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities:
Perform data entry tasks, including updating and managing customer data, spreadsheets, and other documents.
Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media in a professional and timely manner.
Resolve customer issues, troubleshoot problems, and provide accurate information.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and data entries.
Assist in general administrative duties as needed.
Requirements:
Must be based in the United States.
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Previous customer service experience is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
A reliable internet connection and a quiet, comfortable workspace.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Facebook business tools or social media platforms is a plus.
Experience in data entry or customer service roles is preferred.
