Facebook Marketplace Operations Manager
I run a high-volume resale/logistics operation serving New York City. I need a Facebook Marketplace expert who can build, manage, and scale a multi-profile listing system for my posting team. Your Role You will manage the entire Marketplace posting infrastructure, including: Ensuring profile health & stability Giving my NYC posters clean, consistent access Building SOPs for listing, renewing, and messaging buyers Organizing daily photos → listings workflow Tracking KPIs (listings, renewals, messages, views, conversions) Replacing non-working profiles quickly Scaling daily listing capacity (50 → 200 → 500+ per day) Required Experience You should have real experience in: Managing large-scale Marketplace operations Handling multiple posting profiles Maintaining account health & compliance Building posting SOPs Training remote listing teams Managing daily Marketplace pipelines Running high-volume e-commerce listing systems Rapid troubleshooting & profile onboarding Deliverables — Week 1 (Setup) You will deliver: Marketplace-ready posting environment Multiple profiles prepared for posting Profiles organized, verified, and stable Clean login access for posters Posting SOP ("Playbook") Titles Descriptions Pricing guidelines Photo rules Renewal schedule Buyer messaging rules Handoff to delivery team Photo → Listing Workflow Runners upload photos to Drive Posters pull photos + list items Smooth, organized pipeline Zero confusion Daily Dashboard Listings per profile Renewals Messages Buyer activity Sold items Profile health Deliverables — Week 2 (Go Live) Onboard NYC posters Train them on SOP Ensure they can list on multiple profiles Clean workflows Stable listing capacity Quality control on posts Daily reporting Deliverables — Week 3–4 (Scale) Increase posting capacity Add more profiles Expand infrastructure Profile rotation strategy Daily/weekly reports on performance Ongoing monitoring & adjustments Ideal Candidate You understand Marketplace operations better than 99% of people You’ve managed multiple posting profiles before You know how to keep posting systems stable You work fast and communicate clearly You can run this with minimal oversight Type of Work 10–20 hours/week to start Long-term Performance-based raises Flexible schedule, but must be responsive To Apply, Answer These Questions How many Marketplace profiles have you managed in the past?
