$900/mo Base + Commission on cost per lead as they directly control that metric, as an example here’s our commission structure:
To Qualify, You Must:
Be managing a minimum of 40 campaigns
Retain Client over 3 Months: $100
Retain a Client between 6-11 Months: $25/mo
Retain a Client for a year + : $500
