Facebook + Instagram Ads Manager
Suite101.AI is a new digital brand on a mission to help beauty service providers and educators use AI to attract more clients, work smarter, and reclaim their time. We’re gearing up for our first paid ad campaigns and looking for a skilled Meta Ads Manager to lead the charge.
Primary Goal: Run ad campaigns that build brand awareness and book high-quality strategy calls.
What You'll Do:
Develop, launch, and manage paid social campaigns on Meta (Facebook + Instagram)
Build and test audiences, creative, and messaging to drive results
Monitor campaign performance and optimize for conversions (primarily booked calls)
Collaborate with our team on funnel strategy, retargeting, and budget pacing
Offer guidance on creative direction, including ad copy and visual best practices
Provide clear performance reporting and recommendations
Ideal Candidate:
2+ years of experience running Meta ads for lead gen or service-based businesses
Confident in building campaigns from scratch—this is our first run at paid ads
Strategic thinker with a bias for action and optimization
Familiarity with GoHighLevel, ManyChat, or similar tools is a big plus
Experience working with beauty, lifestyle, or creator-focused brands is a bonus
Optional but welcome: Content management skills for Instagram
