Facebook & Instagram Ad Comment Moderator (Health & Wellness)

We’re hiring a proactive, professional Comment Moderator to manage and engage with comments on our Facebook and Instagram ads for a leading brand in gut health and integrative medicine. This role is crucial for maintaining a strong community presence, ensuring accurate responses, and protecting our brand integrity. You’ll help us keep comment threads positive, informative, and on-brand—while escalating medical, negative, or sensitive concerns to our internal team. What You'll Do: Monitor and respond to comments on Facebook & Instagram ads in real-time Provide friendly, accurate, and engaging responses using provided templates Escalate sensitive or medically-related inquiries promptly to our internal team Track recurring questions and share weekly insights with the team Help foster a supportive and informative brand presence Who You Are: Excellent written communicator with a positive, friendly tone Confident navigating public comments and customer questions Quick to respond (ideally within 2–4 hours during assigned shifts) Detail-oriented and organized, with strong judgment Familiar with Meta Business Suite and basic social moderation tools Bonus: Experience in the health, wellness, or supplements space Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience moderating Facebook/Instagram ad comments Experience with health-related brands or regulated spaces Ability to follow guidelines while adapting to real-time nuances Understanding of when and how to escalate to avoid misinformation To Apply: Please send a resume and cover letter to and include your availability and how quickly you think you can review and reply to comments.
