About This Role

We are seeking a versatile and driven professional who can wear multiple hats within our organization. This position combines elements of paid advertising management, client communication, project coordination, and general virtual assistance. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with ambiguity, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and possess excellent written English skills.

Your primary focus will be on managing and optimizing Facebook Ads campaigns for our diverse client base. However, you will also be involved in Google Ads management, customer support, graphic design, and various other tasks that keep our agency running smoothly. This is a unique opportunity to gain broad experience across multiple facets of digital marketing while working with a supportive and collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities

As an integral part of the arenaflex team, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks that contribute to our clients' success and the smooth operation of our agency. Your daily responsibilities will include:


Facebook Ads Management (45%): Create, set up, and optimize Facebook advertising campaigns across various objectives and formats. Develop compelling ad creatives, write persuasive copy, and implement targeting strategies that deliver measurable results for our clients. You will be responsible for campaign structure, audience segmentation, budget allocation, and ongoing performance optimization.
Google Ads Management (10%): Assist with the creation and optimization of Google Ads campaigns, including Search, Display, and Shopping campaigns. Monitor keyword performance, adjust bids, and ensure campaigns are aligned with client goals. Google certification is preferred but not mandatory – we are willing to train the right candidate.
Client Communication (10%): Serve as a primary point of contact for clients through our Basecamp project management system. Respond to inquiries professionally and promptly, provide updates on campaign performance, and maintain strong relationships with our clients. Excellent written English is essential for this aspect of the role.
Graphic Design (10%): Create visually appealing ads, social media posts, and marketing materials using Canva or similar platforms. You should have a good eye for design and be able to produce professional-quality visuals that align with client brand guidelines.
General Administrative Support (10%): Assist the CEO and leadership team with various administrative tasks as needed. This may include scheduling, document preparation, research, and other duties that support the efficient operation of our business.
Reporting & Analysis (5%): Prepare regular performance reports for clients, highlighting key metrics, insights, and recommendations. Analyze campaign data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Content Quality Control (5%): Proofread and edit SEO blogs and content written by our team. Ensure all content meets our quality standards and is free of errors before publication.
Lead Generation (5%): Assist with lead generation activities, including research, outreach, and follow-up. Help identify new business opportunities and support our sales efforts.


What We're Looking For

Essential Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must meet the following requirements:


Location: Based in the Philippines
Language Skills: Excellent written English – you will be communicating directly with our clients and proofreading content created by our team
Facebook Ads Experience: Knowledge of or previous experience managing Facebook ad campaigns. If you lack direct experience, we are happy to provide comprehensive training
Google Ads Experience: Ability to manage Google Ads and Shopping campaigns. Google certification is preferred but not required – we will train the right candidate
Professional Experience: Proven experience working with English-speaking employers or clients
Organizational Skills: Excellent ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and know when to seek guidance
Adaptability: Willingness to assist wherever needed, including administrative tasks as directed by leadership
Technical Requirements: Fast computer and high-speed internet connection with reliable power backup
Design Skills: Basic proficiency in graphic design using Canva or similar platforms


Preferred Skills (Plus But Not Essential)

While not required, the following skills would be highly valued and may increase your chances of success:


Video Editing – ability to create and edit promotional videos
Copywriting – compelling writing skills for ads and marketing content
Website Creation – basic understanding of website development and WordPress
Social Media Management – experience managing multiple social media accounts
Online Lead Generation – ability to identify and pursue business opportunities
Product Research – skills in market research and competitive analysis

Time Zone & Working Hours

Our primary working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm (London time / UTC+0). The position is ideally suited for candidates in the Philippines (UTC+8 / CST), and we are happy to discuss adjusted start and end times to better suit your local time zone.

During the initial training period, we may use Hubstaff time tracking software to monitor productivity and performance. This helps us ensure that everyone is set up for success and allows us to provide appropriate support. Once you have demonstrated reliability and competence, we will offer greater flexibility in how you manage your time.
