We're Hiring: A Pro-Level Meta Ads Strategist Who Can Own Results and Talk to Clients
If you're a customer-facing, results-driven Facebook Ads expert who thrives on driving ROI, enjoys direct client communication, and wants the stability of a long-term W-2 role — we want to talk to you.
Remote (U.S. only) | Full-Time Employee Only
No freelancers, contractors, or agencies — this is a permanent team role.
What You'll Be Doing:
• Strategize, launch, and optimize high-performing Meta (Facebook/IG) ad campaigns
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients — providing proactive updates, handling questions, and building trust
• Monitor performance, manage budgets, and pause underperforming campaigns before they waste spend
• Collaborate with internal teams (creative, onboarding, analytics) to drive better results
• Join our Saturday AM team huddle and support weekend performance checks
• Maintain clear documentation and communication — no ghosting, no guessing
What We're Looking For:
• 2+ years managing Facebook ads campaigns for lead gen or ecommerce
• Confident in client-facing communication — written, verbal, and in meetings
• Obsessed with CPL, ROAS, and continuous improvement
• Comfortable using ad tools (Meta Ads Manager, Business Manager, CAPI, etc.)
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Excited to grow with a tight-knit, fast-moving team
• Desire to learn and test new approaches, platforms and formats
