The ideal candidate will plan campaigns, design engaging ad creatives, target the right audience, and maximize engagement and conversions. Responsibilities: Create and design high-performing Facebook ad campaigns. Conduct audience research to target the right demographics. Write compelling ad copy and design visuals for campaigns. Monitor ad performance, analyze results, and provide weekly reports. Optimize campaigns based on analytics to improve reach and ROI. Collaborate with the client to use existing content or create new assets. Requirements: Proven experience running Facebook ad campaigns successfully. Strong skills in ad copywriting, graphics, and basic video editing. Deep understanding of Facebook Ads Manager, targeting options, and pixel tracking.
