Job Title: Facebook Ads Campaign Manager Needed for Short-Term Launch (Eco-Friendly Skincare Brand)

About the Project
We are launching a new eco-friendly skincare brand focused on sustainable packaging and plant-based ingredients. We’re looking for an experienced Facebook Ads Campaign Manager to help us plan, execute, and optimize a high-performing paid social campaign for our product launch.
This is a short-term project with the potential for ongoing work if performance goals are met.
Scope of Work
You will be responsible for:
Developing a Facebook & Instagram ad strategy aligned with launch goals
Audience research and targeting (cold, warm, retargeting funnels)
Campaign setup inside Meta Ads Manager
Pixel tracking verification and event optimization
Creating and testing multiple ad variations (copy + creative direction guidance)
A/B testing audiences and creatives
Budget allocation and bid strategy optimization
Daily/weekly performance monitoring and reporting
Scaling winning ad sets
Providing a final performance report with recommendations
Goals & KPIs
Generate 500+ qualified leads OR
Achieve ROAS of 2.5+ on $5,000 ad spend
Maintain CPC below industry benchmarks
Improve CTR above 2%

Ideal Candidate
Proven experience managing Facebook/Instagram ads for eCommerce brands
Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager and pixel tracking
Experience with product launches
Data-driven decision maker
Clear communicator with regular reporting habits
Able to provide examples or case studies of past results
Bonus if you’ve worked with skincare, beauty, or sustainable brands.
