Facade Estimator Remote Philippines
We are a U.S.-based construction consultancy seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Façade Estimator to join our growing team. You’ll be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for façade and building envelope projects across various commercial and industrial developments. This is an excellent opportunity to work remotely with an international team and gain exposure to complex façade projects involving curtain wall, window wall, ACM panels, and other advanced systems. Why Join Us • Work remotely with a professional international team • Gain exposure to high-profile façade projects in the U.S. • Competitive compensation (paid in USD) • Opportunities for long-term collaboration and career growth • Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience) • At least 5 years of experience estimating façade or building envelope projects • Strong knowledge of façade materials such as curtain wall, window wall, ACM, glass, metal panel, and stone cladding systems • Proficiency in Bluebeam, PlanSwift, or On-Screen Takeoff, and strong Microsoft Excel skills • Excellent organizational and time management skills • Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry best practices is a plus • Experience working with U.S. or international clients is an advantage Key Responsibilities • Prepare detailed quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and bid proposals for façade projects • Review drawings, specifications, and tender documents to identify scope and requirements • Analyze supplier and subcontractor quotations for accuracy and completeness • Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and clients to refine estimates • Manage multiple tenders and deadlines simultaneously • Maintain cost databases and assist in improving estimation systems UNITED FACADE is a global company that provides top-notch services for projects of all sizes.
