As an operations and requirements analyst, you know leading-edge technology is critical to national defense. We need your skills and expertise in training and avionics systems to develop creative solutions directly impacting the warfighter.As an operations and requirements analyst on our Air System Requirements team, you’ll provide expertise in evaluating new technologies, performing risk assessments, and improving the design of F-35 training systems. This role works work with a large community of interest across F-35 Joint Program Office and F-35 warfighters to deliver world-class solutions. Experience as a flight-rated and qualified Fighter, Bomber, or TacAir aircrew
Experience providing leadership and mentorship to interdisciplinary teams
Ability to plan and execute at the tactical and operational levels
TS/SCI clearance
Bachelor’s degree in Science
Nice If You Have:

Experience with interdisciplinary teams to design, develop, and deliver cutting-edge simulation solutions for pilot training
Experience with DoD Acquisition processes and requirements development
Experience with U.S. DoD program acquisition and management processes
Experience with U.S. DoD Programming, Planning, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE)
Knowledge of Special Access Programs
Knowledge of program management processes such as contracting, source selections, technical readiness assessments, and return on investment calculations
Possession of excellent communication and networking skills
Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering or related field

The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
