As an operations and requirements analyst, you know leading-edge technology is critical to national defense. Experience as a flight-rated and qualified Fighter, Bomber, or TacAir aircrew
Experience providing leadership and mentorship to interdisciplinary teams
Ability to plan and execute at the tactical and operational levels
TS/SCI clearance
Bachelorâs degree in Science

Experience with interdisciplinary teams to design, develop, and deliver cutting-edge simulation solutions for pilot training
Experience with DoD Acquisition processes and requirements development
Experience with U.S. DoD program acquisition and management processes
Experience with U.S. DoD Programming, Planning, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE)
Knowledge of Special Access Programs
Knowledge of program management processes such as contracting, source selections, technical readiness assessments, and return on investment calculations
Possession of excellent communication and networking skills
Bachelorâs degree in an Engineering or related field
