Expect long, rewarding days filled with hands-on work—from setup to teardown. Get ready to dive in: whether picking up trash or wading in water, you’ll embrace the fun of getting a little dirty while creating unforgettable experiences!Key ResponsibilitiesEvent Support: Assist with setup, execution, and teardown, including lantern distribution and site preparation.Staff Coordination: Help manage and direct local staff and volunteers.Guest Interaction: Provide professional assistance to attendees to enhance their experience.Logistics Assistance: Support the Event Producer with inventory and equipment handling.Growth Track: Engage in training sessions to learn event management skills for future advancement.Travel & PerksSee the Country: Travel to various states and cities across the US, experiencing new places on every assignment.Travel Rewards: Keep the perks!
