Here, you will make an impact by:Managing orders utilizing SAP, COMS (Corporate Order Management System) and Salesforce databases.Work directly with manufacturing locations, DCs, division supply chain, and freight forwarders to ensure the timely export of orders.Understands and supports the export rules and regulations to comply with US Export Regulatory policies and procedures for international shipments.Manage enquires direct from customers regarding product availability, order status, expedites, etc. Follow up on escalations, delays, and transportation issues.Identify and implement opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and/or processes.Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND (6) years of Customer Service Experience ORHigh School Diploma/GED from AND (4) years of Customer Service ExperienceANDIn addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:4 years of speaking and writing bilingually in English and SpanishAdditional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:Experience in export transactionsExcellent organization skills with ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignmentsHigh proficiency using PC based applications (Excel, PowerPoint)Experience working on cross-functional and international teamsSalesforce, SAP and COMS experienceInitiates, leads, and implements the process of problem identification and resolutionWork location: Remote Relocation Assistance: Not authorized Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status Supporting Your Well-being Solventum offers many programs to help you live your best life – both physically and financially.
