Expert Outbound Email Marketing Lead Gen & Automation Specialist (AI Integrations)
We are a professional services firm with a website hosted on Squarespace. We are looking for an experienced cold email marketing and automation specialist to build a robust, scalable outbound lead generation engine from the ground up.
Our goal is to create a highly automated, low-maintenance system that sources qualified leads, sends hyper-personalized outreach, and drives conversions directly through our website.
The Proposed Strategy (We are open to your expert input):
Infrastructure: Set up a dedicated marketing email infrastructure to protect our primary domain.
Warm-up: Manage the domain/inbox warm-up process (either manually or using a tool (like Woodpecker) to ensure maximum deliverability.
Lead Sourcing: Utilize popular listing services and identify or scrape data about highly qualified target prospects.
AI Personalization: Integrate Victoria (or a comparable AI tool) to hyper-customize the outreach emails at scale.
Workflow Automation: Link the lead generation and email outreach to our Squarespace website to seamlessly handle incoming sales inquiries. We are highly open to using Make or n8n to connect these tools, provided the integrations are robust, stable, and do not require heavy, ongoing maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up and configure secondary domains and email accounts (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) for cold outreach.
Execute a 2-3 week domain warm-up strategy.
Build automated workflows between Apollo.io, our email sender (e.g., Woodpecker), and AI personalization tools.
Ensure all automations (via Make, n8n, or native API) are practically bulletproof and error-resilient.
Map out and implement the user journey from opening the cold email to booking/purchasing through our Squarespace site.
Provide a brief handover/documentation on how to monitor the system once live.
Requirements:
Proven experience setting up cold email infrastructure with high deliverability rates.
Deep expertise with Apollo.io, Woodpecker.io (or similar senders like Instantly/Smartlead), and AI personalization tools.
Strong experience with automation platforms (Make, n8n, Zapier) with a focus on building stable, low-maintenance webhooks and API calls.
Familiarity with Squarespace and routing traffic to conversion points.
Excellent communication skills and English fluency.
