The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the Creator Product Activation team and working closely with product leaders to scale the adoption of YouTube products across the partner and creator ecosystem. Key Responsibilities Oversee strategy, define, and secure Go-to-Market (GTM) preparation of execution, and day-to-day management of the Creator Product Activation team in the YouTube Business Association. Convey market feedback methodically to Product and collaborate with Product partners to address pain points for all customers, partners, creators, and artists. Identify, ensure availability, and activate product needs through testing and scaling with YouTube partners and creators, and work closely with product teams to build and execute product roadmaps driving YouTube's ecosystem and business growth. Define activation plans, set product goals, and develop content strategy across segments/functions. Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional partners to drive alignment, execution, and overall communications. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. At least 3 years of business experience, including experience leading cross-functional and global teams in the technology, web, or media industries. 3 years of experience managing teams. Excellent business judgment with strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Superb written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Qualifications In addition to the essential qualifications, the following preferred qualifications will be considered an asset: Experience working with Product/Engineering teams to build experiences for all customers. Experience interfacing with C-level executives. Knowledge of YouTube Product/Tech, large partners and creator ecosystem, YouTube ad sales, or scaled support and operations activities. Ability to take ownership and lead a team.
