Key Responsibilities


Conduct requirements gathering and project scoping sessions with subject matter experts, business users, and executive stakeholders to identify and define business data needs.
Design, build, and optimize data architecture and ETL pipelines to enable data-driven decision-making for business analysts, data scientists, and business users.
Work closely with analysts to productionize and scale value-creating capabilities, including data integrations, model features, and statistical and machine learning models.
Drive high standards in data reliability, data integrity, and data governance, ensuring accurate, consistent, and trustworthy data systems, business intelligence products, and analyses.
Engage with the analyst community, communicate with analysts to understand pain points and data sourcing inefficiencies, recommend best practices, and lead analyst trainings.


Minimum Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must possess:


A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Computer Science, Math, Physics, Engineering) or equivalent practical experience.
5+ years of experience in data engineering or business intelligence roles.
Experience with relational databases, including SQL queries, database definition, and schema design.
Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C++, etc.).
