About the Role: Travel X-Ray Technologist We're seeking an experienced X-Ray Technologist to fill a 13-week travel assignment in Austin, Texas, starting on December 13. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a reputable healthcare staffing company, gain new experiences, and enjoy a competitive weekly gross pay of $1,280. As a Travel X-Ray Technologist, you'll have the flexibility to balance your work and personal life while exploring a new location. Key Responsibilities Perform X-ray procedures with precision and accuracy, ensuring high-quality diagnostic images. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to understand patient needs and provide exceptional care. Maintain a safe and clean working environment, adhering to infection control and radiation safety protocols. Operate X-ray equipment efficiently and effectively, troubleshooting issues as needed. Document patient information and examination results accurately and confidentially. Essential Qualifications 2+ years of experience as an X-Ray Technologist. BLS certification. National and state certification as required. Ability to live within 60 miles of the facility to qualify for the travel rate. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in a travel or contract role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to adapt to new environments and workflows. Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMRs) and other healthcare software.
